Our next Advanced Personal Licence Holder Training course is taking place in Newcastle on Thursday 20th June.
This one day course is a legal requirement for anyone wishing to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol by retail. An application for a personal licence requires the applicant to gain the Award for Personal Licence Holders qualification in England and Wales.
The Advanced Personal License Holders (APLH) training course covers all topics required to achieve the necessary qualification to apply for a personal licence and is aimed at those working within the retail sale of alcohol.
Topics covered include:
- The Licensing Act 2003
- Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates
- Licensing Objectives
- Powers of Enforcement and Offences
- Temporary Events Notices
- Responsibility in Alcohol Retailing
Venue: Mincoffs Training Centre, Newcastle
Timings: 9am – 5pm.
The cost of the HABC Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) full day training course is £120 + VAT, including course materials, a sandwich lunch, refreshments and exam. A free resit of the exam is available if required.
