Our flexi training service allows you to identify specific training needs within your licensed trade business.
We can then design and deliver a bespoke training course to suit those needs.
Following the training your staff will receive a Mincoffs Training certificate confirming delivery of the training and a letter if required clarifying what training was delivered.
When the need for such training has been identified as a result of enforcement action against your premises, or concerns raised by the Licensing Authority or a Responsible Authority, such as the police, we can liaise with them to make sure the concerns are addressed. Such training is invaluable, and can be used for example to bolster your case in front of a licensing committee considering a review of your premises licence.
