We can undertake a premises assessment which can be used to identify potential issues before they become an issue.
This service, which is BBN compliant, is often used by our clients as a means of demonstrating to the Police, Trading Standards or the Licensing Authority that the premises has resolved perceived problems with policies and procedures. It is often instructed in conjunction with our Award in Underage Sales and Prevention.
As part of this service we will provide you with a report with recommendations for compliance and best practice. Where the premises does not have suitable policies and procedures we can provide these documents.
