Our licensing team has vast experience in advising on Magistrate Court prosecutions.
We deal with various prosecutions before the Magistrates Court in regards to offences prosecuted against our licensing clientele, as well as also conducting private prosecutions. This might include offences under the Licensing Act, the Private Security Industry Act 2001, various food safety acts and regulations as well as road traffic offences.
We do not provide Legal Aid.
