Georgia joined the family team in January 2026.
Georgia graduated with a first-class degree in Criminology with Psychology before achieving a distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University. After relocating to the North East, she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law on a full academic scholarship, graduating with a distinction and a 90% average.
Georgia began her career in legal operations with one of the Big Four accountancy firms in Belfast before moving to the North East to work as a paralegal in family law. During her training contract, she undertook a double seat in family law and qualified into the practice area in September 2025.
Georgia advises clients across all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including divorce and separation, civil partnerships, nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements. She also deals with private law children matters, supporting and advising parents through disputes regarding arrangements for their children.
Alongside her legal work, Georgia is committed to widening access to the profession. She has independently delivered presentations in local schools and remains actively involved in her community. She also serves as chair of the Junior Lawyers Division and sits on the committee for YRes.
