Malcolm Wood is a partner in the real estate team. A Durham University graduate originally from Berwick upon Tweed, Malcolm trained at a leading regional firm and qualified in 1995.
He deals with a wide variety of real estate work including general property acquisitions and disposals for occupiers, investors and developers. He has particular expertise in landlord and tenant/portfolio management, property investment and the property aspects of corporate transactions and re-financing.
